Our flagship program promises mortgage-ready credit improvements within 130 days of program activation — or your money back. The following terms apply.
1What the Guarantee Covers
- If we do not achieve the agreed-upon credit improvements outlined in your custom roadmap within 130 days of program activation, you are entitled to a full refund of all program service fees paid to Premium Capital California.
- The 130-day window begins the day you formally approve your custom execution roadmap, not the day you book your intake call or sign up.
- The guarantee applies only to fees paid directly to Premium Capital California. Third-party costs (credit monitoring, legal partner fees if applicable, settlement payments) are non-refundable.
2How to Qualify for the Refund
To remain eligible for the 130-Day Result or Refund Guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements throughout the program:
- Complete the full intake process — including the tri-merge credit walkthrough, legal partner qualification, and roadmap approval.
- Maintain all current credit obligations on time — every existing payment must remain current throughout the 130 days.
- Respond to all communications within 48 hours — when your strategist or legal partner requires documents, signatures, or call attendance.
- Forward all credit bureau and creditor correspondence within 5 days of receipt.
- Pull a final credit report at day 125 to allow verification before the 130-day deadline.
- Submit your written refund request between day 130 and day 150 of program activation.
3Actions That Void the Guarantee
Any of the following will immediately and permanently void the 130-Day Guarantee:
- Allowing any lender, creditor, or third party to run a hard inquiry on your credit during the program (other than at program completion for mortgage application).
- Opening any new credit account, loan, BNPL service, or financed purchase.
- Closing any existing credit account during the program window.
- Allowing any new collection, charge-off, late payment, or derogatory item to be reported during the program.
- Co-signing for another person's credit obligation during the program.
- Paying any old collection or charge-off without first consulting your assigned strategist.
- Filing for bankruptcy during the program window.
- Engaging another credit repair service simultaneously.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during intake or program execution.
- Failure to respond to required communications, including missing scheduled milestone calls.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Standard Credit Repair Program Guarantee
Our standard credit repair program is backed by a 90-day money-back guarantee. The following terms apply to all standard program clients.
1What the Guarantee Covers
- If no questionable negative items are deleted, corrected, or updated on your credit report within 90 days of program activation, you are entitled to a full refund of monthly service fees paid to Premium Capital California.
- Eligibility for refund does not begin until day 90 of program activation. Refund requests submitted before day 90 will be declined.
- The guarantee applies to monthly service fees only. Initial audit/setup fees are non-refundable as they cover services already rendered.
- Third-party costs (credit monitoring, debt settlements, legal services) are non-refundable.
2How to Qualify for the Refund
To remain eligible for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements throughout the program:
- Complete the full audit/analysis process within the first 7 days of enrollment.
- Maintain active credit monitoring through MyFreeScoreNow or an approved alternative throughout the 90-day window.
- Maintain all current credit obligations on time — every payment must remain current throughout the 90 days.
- Respond to all communications within 5 business days — when documents, signatures, or information are requested.
- Forward all credit bureau and creditor mail to your assigned specialist within 7 days of receipt.
- Pay all monthly service fees on time throughout the 90-day window.
- Submit your written refund request between day 90 and day 120 of program activation.
3Actions That Void the Guarantee
Any of the following will immediately and permanently void the 90-Day Guarantee:
- Allowing any new hard inquiry on your credit during the 90-day window.
- Opening any new credit account, loan, BNPL service, or financed purchase.
- Closing any existing credit account during the program window.
- Allowing any new collection, charge-off, or derogatory item to be reported.
- Co-signing for another person's credit obligation.
- Filing for bankruptcy during the program window.
- Engaging another credit repair service simultaneously.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during onboarding.
- Failure to maintain credit monitoring throughout the program.
- Cancellation or chargeback of any monthly service fee.
📋Important: Credit repair is not an exact science. The guarantee protects you in the rare event that no items are deleted, corrected, or updated. In most cases, results begin appearing well before day 90 — but you remain protected throughout the full window.
How to Request a Refund
Both guarantees use the same refund request process. Follow these steps in order:

Identity verification call
A Premium Capital California specialist will call you within 3 business days to verify your identity and confirm the refund request is being made by you personally.
Eligibility review
Our compliance team reviews your file against the qualification requirements outlined above. This review takes up to 7 business days and includes verification of credit monitoring records, communication response history, and your final credit report.
Refund decision and processing
If approved, your refund is processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If declined, you will receive a detailed written explanation citing the specific qualification requirement(s) not met.
Additional Terms
Modifications. These guarantee terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your program activation is the version that applies to your file.
One Refund Per Person. A client who has received a refund under either guarantee is not eligible for a second refund under any subsequent enrollment.
Active Dispute Items. Items currently in active dispute at the time of refund request remain on your credit report and are not warranted by Premium Capital California after termination of services.
Chargebacks. Initiating a credit card chargeback rather than following the refund process outlined above will void your refund eligibility and may result in collection action.
Limitations. No oral statement by any representative of Premium Capital California modifies or replaces these written terms. No oral guarantee, projection, or promise is binding on Premium Capital California unless reduced to writing and signed by an authorized officer.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these guarantee terms shall be resolved as specified in your signed Credit Services Agreement.
Not a Substitute for Disclosures. These terms supplement, but do not replace, the consumer rights and disclosures provided in your signed Credit Services Agreement and the Consumer Credit File Rights notice.
